Master training

CMAweb Master Training
This training, named after the „master budgeting” planning procedure, looks back on a long history. This training was developed for educational purposes in the early 90’s, and it was integrated into the book entitled Management Controlling in 1998 as well as its revised editions (Planning Controlling Systems, 2001 and Controlling Systems, 2005). This has become the basis for the curriculum and syllabi for several MBA courses and corporate trainings.

In this training, you will look at a corporate planning case study that illustrates a model company. Participants will work with an annual planning algorithm to get acquainted with the dynamics of profits and loss accounting, balance sheets and cash flow in a practical way.

The business simulation game guarantees the necessary knowledge transfer with greater efficiency. Compared to an average financial course – via modelling a real company’s operation – it can flash a wider connection system.
